FACT – a program of Coastal Behavioral Healthcare.  The Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team is dedicated to serves persons who have a severe and persistent mental illness and who have not been successfully served by other traditional types of services (such as outpatient, day treatment, etc.). The FACT Team is a clinical model, which focuses on providing whatever support is necessary to maintain the patient in the community. Judicial Services (programs of Coastal Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.) – Mental Health Court serves as a link between the judicial system and local community service providers to facilitate rehabilitation through treatment instead of traditional legal penalties for people with mental illness.  Forensic Services serves as a liaison to the judicial courts, correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community services in order to provide appropriate linkage to services and monitoring of mentally ill clients in the forensic system.  (941) 953-0000

Bay Area Youth Services, Inc. The Partnership for Children’s Mental Health - K2

The Partnership for Children’s Mental Health supports a comprehensive array of mental health and non-mental health services which are organized into a coordinated network to meet the multiple and changing needs of young children (age birth through eight years) with social-emotional challenges and their families. The Partnership connects children and their families to needed assessment and intervention services and provides family support through a wraparound process, which emphasizes the family’s strengths.  Natural supports and community-based collaboration are emphasized in a team-based approach to positive outcomes for children and their families.
