- Building Strong Families homeless family prevention program intended to help families remain in their homes and local schools
- Janie Poe Self Sufficiency Project that partners with the Housing Authority to help people who will be transitioning to other living situations as the Janie Poe residents move to alternative housing during the redevelopment project.
- Community Based Care targeted mental health services intended to support children, parents, guardians and/or foster parents address the stressors related foster care or adoption
- Sarasota Partnership for Early Mental Health Wrap Facilitation services intended to coordinate/facilitate family driven teams for children 0 thru 8 years old who have serious mental health issues.
- Healthy Start outpatient mental health and parenting activities
- Healthy Family/Healthy Children group and case management services for low income, expectant or new parents
( 3 months and under) who have a partner and are interested in developing improved relationship and parenting
